Homemade Stuff Pepper Mix
Homemade stuffed pepper mix made with beef from a home-grown, grass-fed cow is a delightful fusion of flavors and textures. The star of this dish is the premium-quality ground beef, packed with rich, natural flavors that elevate the entire recipe. Mixed with a medley of aromatic spices, including garlic, onion, and herbs, the beef forms a savory and robust base for the stuffed peppers.
Combined with rice, tomatoes, and perhaps a hint of sweetness from bell peppers or other vegetables, this filling becomes a harmonious blend of savory and slightly sweet flavors. The homemade stuffing is hearty and satisfying, offering a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables in every bite.
Whether baked until the peppers are tender or simmered slowly in a savory sauce, this homemade stuffed pepper mix is a comforting and nourishing meal that celebrates the quality and care put into raising and preparing home-grown ingredients.
**I've experimented with two different approaches to preparing this dish, and I enjoy them both. The first method involves prepping the peppers in the traditional manner, stuffing them with the mix, and topping them off with cheese before baking them in the oven until the peppers reach a tender consistency. The second method entails chopping the peppers into roughly one-inch cubes, mixing them with the filling, and then spreading everything evenly in a 9x13” pan. After topping with cheese, the dish is baked in the oven until the peppers are delightfully tender.
Each pack will feed a family of 5-6 people or enough to do a 9x13" pan.
Each item is packaged in a heavy-duty puncture prevention BPA free vacuum sealed commercial grade 8x12" bag, then mailed out in a completely sealed commercial grade, waterproof, insulated thermal liners, and placed in an insulted shipping box with aluminum foil liner and ice packs to ensure that your items stay cold.

This package contains just the stuff pepper mix. You will need to prep and provide the peppers and cheese of your choosing separately.
For best results, remove the mix from the freezer in the morning to thaw. After prepping your peppers, simply fill them with the mix as full as you prefer and top with cheese. Mix should full 6 to 8 peppers depending on size. Place peppers in an oven safe pan, cover them with tin-foil and bake them at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are fork tender, and then enjoy!
